The vehicle was filthy. The owner of the Express Mobil Mart had the nerve to ask me if i returned it clean. Are you kidding me? It took a half hour just to pick it up even after i reserved it online. Never again Uhaul.

Juan SantayThe van needs a lot of maintenance and cleaning. It was very dirty inside the cab and the tires are nearly bald, which made it difficult to handle.

When a customer wants to pickup their rental ask for the invoice number and give them a receipt and tell them they will be chafed with the card on file they used to reserve the vehicle once their trip is complete. This location charged my card again because they could not pull up my reservation. I will be calling Uhual corporate on Tuesday for more information to see if a refund from their extra charge is warranted.

Edward GonzalesI think you guys need to communicate with the places you have renting your trucks and check up on them periodically because you guys are definitely not on the same page. The truck I got literally had a roach in it and was dirty, clearly not cleaned in a while with cobwebs in it and built up dirt everywhere. I’m not blaming your company it was clearly the Mobil’s fault for not maintaining their trucks and having a terrible attitude, but sadly it does directly influence my decision on renting another truck through uhaul.
Meli HogleGiving right information when we got the truck it was 1/4 tank of gas when we took it back we put the gas back to a little over 1/4 tank when I got the receipt I was charge $20. For gas WHY they waited till we left then then fill out information and debit my account and put what ever they want I don’t think that is the way business is allowed in AMERICA!!!. I believe this will be the last time I use u hall .

Jay BlochThe retailer manager would not talk to me, as a professional woman . I’m a woman from a diverse background and having my brother speak to them to get some respect was awful. This location is in a town with many diverse people. Someone should know how to speak to people with respect. We have pictures of how the truck was given to us with equipment not working well.
