I have no issue with this location or the personnel. They were great to work with, but it wasn't the one we originally chose and we chose the other drop off location for specific reasons. I don't like your new routing system and I'm not sure I would use U-haul again if they change the pickup and dropoff locations at whim. I choose locations based on specific reasons and this change of drop-off made me have to changes other priorities to adjust to it and cost me money to make those changes. I'm not happy about that.

caleb cExcellent service, will always recommend and use this location.
Chris MWe called ahead of time and reserved a trailer. When I arrived, the gentleman at the counter had to enter a whole bunch of information into the U-haul system regarding the trailer, my truck, what we're hauling, etc. It could be helpful if we (the customer) are able to enter all of this information as part of the reservation; it would save the U-haul store personnel a lot of time not having to ask us questions and type in the answers.
mike mWhen I showed up to pick the truck up it was flagged for some kinda light on the cluster. They cleared the codes and sent me on my way. Truck later broke down leaving me stranded 60 miles from my destination. I have yet to get refunded and reimbursed for my fuel that was in the truck. Then I sat on the side of the road for 5 hours waiting for a tow truck that never showed. So went home and then it showed up the next day they towed it to my house so I could unload it. Then it took them 4 days to get it towed out of my driveway…
