Took me 90 mins to pick up the truck. The owner of the franchise didn't update the available pick up option which lead to confusion between uHaul and franchise owner. Mobile pick up was not available however owner was under the assumption I am supposed to complete mobile check in.

I'm a women and the guy yell at me as I'm his daughter almost hit me just because I reserved a van and he didn't want to give the key argued that he star to work at 10:00 and was there since 8:45. And now, he charges 194$more than I already paid yesterday. Another client defended me from him, and 2 more clients had the same problem. He was verbal and aggressive.

De plus, la porte côté conducteur de mon truck ne pouvait pas s’ouvrir avec la clé. Je devais ouvrir la porte côté passager et ouvrir manuellement la porte côté conducteur. Puis, il avait du plâtre ou quelques chose de ce style dans le coffre. Une poussière blanche. Sinon, le point positif, UHaul m’a permis de réaliser mon déménagement malgré tout Merci
