I am extremely disappointed with my experience using this app. I had booked my truck rental for 8:30 AM sharp, planning my entire day around that pickup time. Instead, I was left waiting for over an hour just to get the keys! This delay completely threw off my schedule and caused me unnecessary stress and frustration. What should have been a simple, quick pickup turned into a frustrating ordeal. An hour-long wait to receive keys is completely unacceptable, especially when a specific time was booked and confirmed in advance. This is not the level of service I expected, and it truly ruined what should have been a smooth start to my day. I really hope this gets fixed, because right now this experience has left a very bad impression

Grzegorz LMy google review: If you plan to rent a U-Haul at this place please reconsider. Eldery man at the shop is the most useless and rude person I have ever had to deal with. Charged me 3x times the amount i was supposed to pay and blamed everything on “U-Haul company”. I have never had any issues renting a U-Haul at any other location. Please avoid the stress and avoid this place at all costs
