How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe truck was not prepared for online pick-up. A dolly was requested and it was NOT placed in the truck resulting in delays. Since the truck was not rented at a uhaul location, I had to find another location and pay an additional rental for the dolly. Also, since this was an online pick-up, we were not able to rectify on site. This resulted in 1 hour of lost time.
