Battery died during the rental.. but local uhual came quickly
GLADYS LLocation in a light industrial site, not obvious from highway.
CRAIG TI was charged an additional $59 when I returned the equipment a day early and put gas in it before the return. When we originally picked it up they told us it was three quarters of the way full and it wasn’t We then informed uhaul and they said they would update that information. Just put the gas back to where it was. Which we actually done that. We also done a u share for you all and waited over 1.45 hours for them to hook it to us which put us behind our travel time well over two hour delays. We ran into multiple issues. And would never suggest uhaul again for ourselves…
