I set up my reservation for a Sunday pickup, but Off Road Solutions is closed on Sundays, so there was no one there to help. I had also signed up for mobile pick-up, but when I logged into my Uhaul account, there was no equipment assigned to my rental. I had to wait on hold for 30 minutes to speak to someone with Uhaul. I ended up having to take a truck that was much too large for my move. Off Road Solutions GPS locator for the mobile pick-up is also not located at their shop, so it was nearly impossible to complete mobile pick-up. I ended up being 30 minutes late to meet my movers, which ended up costing me more money. I would not recommend renting a truck from this location. It is not straight forward.
