This location was great. My experience at Ron’s auto was a disaster except for the young lady Jo who went out of her way to be helpful. I was in there 4 days in a row to verify my 15 foot truck would be ready for pickup Thursday morning at 8. Was told Wednesday afternoon my truck was not available there but could be picked up in Hotchkiss 50 miles away. That was not even feasible. It would have been 100 miles round trip. Ron could have cared less. Jo, the young lady was very helpful. Finally found a 20 foot truck in Montrose. It was very frustrating since I had people hired and coming a long distance to help. My travel plans had to be changed at the last minute. I am 78 and had put a lot of planning into this and checked numerous times to make sure it was all scheduled only to be told no truck. All worked out the next day but really feel it was very poorly handled.

Roy KThe trailer needed a new license plate light and the employee quickly and kindly changed that. The trailer did have some stain on the floor and needed a slight sweeping out. Very friendly staff, competent, and efficient.
