I ordered a 15 foot truck which was paid for and confirmed and a day after they said they have to rent me a 20 foot truck which was way big. I ordered a package of furniture pads and they weren't with the vehicle when I picked it up. The drop off in Glenwood Springs was at the Glenwood Airport location at 5PM and I called U-haul to let them know. I then got charged for a late drop off, furniture pads and damage which there was none. Not a good! I filed a complaint and hope to get refunded the charges.
