Truck was dirty inside and out. The windshield was so dirty I had to wash it before driving. The mobile pickup took over 90 mins due to the uhaul app having clitches. Horrible experience !!

The floor mat was dirty in passenger side, gas tank was only slightly above 1/4, wind shield was covered with dried bug crap as well as the front of truck, and check engine light was on at time of pickup . Owner claimed it wasn’t when he inspected, but it came on as soon as truck was started . I asked for a different truck, my request was ignored , and I was told to drive it anyway . U-Haul on receiving end can fix the problem .
William GI never talked to a person, just did the self check in and dropped the keys in the box, but it was all very easy. Parking in a spot was very easy though.
