Everyone at this location was superb at the drop off location. Would love to deal with them again for my next rental coming up in a few weeks but not with a/m issues! Being well aware how the company will fault the system and factors outside their control, BS, be straight, that’s all! Happy, repeat customers is number one rule in my business, if there’s an issue we make it right (95% of our clients are repeat one, that should say enough).
KARL WMy truck drop off was at one location and the trailer dip off was in another. Uhaul should make the locations the same. Not a very convenient set up to make the customer drive to multiple locations, especially when the reservation was made weeks in advance and these types of logistics should have been handled well in advance
