I highly advise you to purchase the 7 dollar roadside insurance I have had 2 flat tire now with trailer rentals and needed roadside assistance. Both times they had me up and running in under 2 hours. Never fun having equipment issues but knowing they will fix it and get you back on the road is reassuring

CHRISTY SThe rep wasn’t there and he had the cashier help me with the rental He was on the phone talking me through it and even had U-Haul rep help him to get this done. The cashier helped me hook it up I didn’t get 6 blocks and the hitch came off I was able to hook it up again myself the back door stuck 3 times Road side talked me off thru it and I got it shut. As a 73 y at old women I shouldn’t have to go through it I have rent serval times and this by far the worst.
PAMELA WRon's Auto Repair (a U-Haul dealer) made everything very easy. Pick up / check out was smooth, drop off was a breeze - AND they. had the trailer I reserved ready for me. I would certainly rent from them again.
