Have a 2nd person working to hook up the trailers
EDWARD DPaul was great I was moving my son to college when his car over heated and I needed a car dolly. I didn't know what to do so I called them he told me that all of his dollies were reserved, but said he'd find me one. I was able to get his car off the highway and called him back it was already 2:30 pm and they closed at 3 pm I called him back and he told me that he was able to find me one I was so grateful he even stayed open late to get me set up he was such a nice man and understanding I feel that he went above and beyond given that it was almost closing time he could've just passed me on but instead helped us out I'm eternally grateful and would recommend this u-haul rental to anyone a God send to a family on need thank you so much Paul God bless you sir
MICHAEL PThe trailer had a bad electrical problem. I was told the turn signals worked, but the right turn signal didn’t work. It also caused my truck to have difficulty starting due to a huge electrical drain. I had to unhook the electrical system to start my truck any time I turned it off.
