This is directed to U-Haul IT dept. The user at the Tire Barn and the drop off location both were having trouble with your software. I have been in the POS software business for 35 years, including the development of a full blown system, customer centric, inventory, repairs, classes, travel and POS. From watching them struggle you need to put some more effort in. It doesn't help that at either location they could not complete the transactions. - Good Luck

TIMOTHY OGentlemen assisting us with the return was super friendly, and greeted us with a very friendly "hello!" and a smile. He was immediately ready to assist us with the return which I had already started on my phone. When we told him we came from Chicago, he welcomed us to Colorado. I was very happy with this especially after the HORRIBLE experience that I had when picking the trailer up in Uptown, Chicago. Was like night and day. He was apologetic for the miscommunication by the employees in Chicago and at least showed some empathy for the situation. I appreciated this after driving nearly 1,000 miles to get to Colorado. Please give my regards, he was very friendly and helpful.
