THOMAS HNo improvements needed. The guy was very understanding when I had to delay my pickup time because of an issue that needed my attention. Very good customer service. I did have an issue uploading images through the site for id verification.
Brandy HThe U-Haul app would not allow me to upload pictures of the van when I picked it up. I had to call the one 800 number. It was not a big deal, but it was kind of frustrating.
Jeff GLocation was difficult to find due to the app and its directions and link to maps. Location was muddy and no clear location of where to leave the vehicle.
