How U-Haul Reviews WorkMake sure the equipment is clean in good working order. the rear rollup door had to be pried open with a tool every time to open it and one of the passenger side tires was very low and would not hold full air. Also, the trailer had dirt and grit all over the floor when I picked up. I had to clean it before I used it.
RICHARD MKeep my location when I choose it. Renting again 9/11. DO NOT CHANGE MY LOCATION.
BRENDA RThe location drop-off point needs asphalt or a concrete base instead of the rock bedding. The road to the rock bedding was slightly difficult to pull the truck in
Terry MI dropped off the uhall before my time was up and charged a late fee
