We scheduled an after hours pick-up and after being on the phone with customer service for an hour, we were given the wrong sized truck without the dolly we ordered. We did not receive our vehicle the scheduled time and without tools we paid for.

Jeremy KYOUR SERVICE WAS S***** YOUR TRUCK LEAKED. WE WAS SENT TO 3 DIFFERENT LOCATIONS TO GET APPLIANCE TRUCK , NO ONE HAD ONE CALLED IN EARLY FOR TRUCK. WE HAD TO GO DOWN & BUY APPLIANCE TRUCK FOR $241.00 PLUS WE SPEND ALL DAY FOOLING AROUND WITH UHAUL. YOU PEOPLE HAVE NO IDEA WHAT YOUR DOING. YOU COST US SO MUCH MONEY. I CLEARLY ASK FOR A MANGER TO CALL ME I NEVER HEARD A WORD FROM NO ONE. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND UHAUL PERIOD. YOU PEOPLE MADE US LOOSE ALOT OF OUR STUFF BECAUSE YOU DELAYED US. YOU PEOPLE ARE SORRY AS H***
