My complaint is that 24 hours before pick up I was notified my location and truck size had changed. Location was 30 minutes each way from where I needed to use the truck. I had no choice but to take it because the move was already planned.

Many people are already aware you have to be careful with U-Haul cause whatever way that they can scam you with, they will do it. Of course, they hope and pray you don’t call so they can get that extra money when you dispute something but it’s pretty pathetic how they operate and how they treat their distributors. Hopefully one day there will be an honest company that does the same type of work.
