WE HAD TO GO DOWN & BUY APPLIANCE TRUCK FOR $241.00 PLUS WE SPEND ALL DAY FOOLING AROUND WITH UHAUL. YOU PEOPLE HAVE NO IDEA WHAT YOUR DOING. YOU COST US SO MUCH MONEY. I CLEARLY ASK FOR A MANGER TO CALL ME I NEVER HEARD A WORD FROM NO ONE. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND UHAUL PERIOD. YOU PEOPLE MADE US LOOSE ALOT OF OUR STUFF BECAUSE YOU DELAYED US. Melissa Fwe drove 30 minutes and the trailer had a flat and waited a long time. We had to stop after 20 miles and put sealant in tire $30. We drove another hour and had to plug the tire $18.

Frank IThe drop off location was literally a gravel lot with no business identification and a small U-Haul paper sign at the far entrance. It was completely self service on the app to check the truck back in; the app restarted numerous times during the process taking up a lot of time. No personnel to speak of was there. One gentleman working in the back of the open lot walked over to see if we needed help after I was finished; probably due to the fact it was taking so long with the app resetting numerous times during the process and not saving the steps already completed. Also, this particular truck was really aged and not in great condition. The truck had a definite exhaust problem. On the ride from Muscle Shoals, the truck barely maintained 40 mph on a 65 mph highway on a significant upward grade. Front tires severely out of balance and the steering wheel shook constantly during the trip. And one final note, the gas cap is not even connected to the truck on the extension and fell to the ground during fill up. And, the gas tank took so long to fill up and kept shutting off the pump around 20 times when operating the pump very slowly on the fill. You should really consider retiring this particular truck; or at least get it fixed.
