Many people are already aware you have to be careful with U-Haul cause whatever way that they can scam you with, they will do it. Of course, they hope and pray you don’t call so they can get that extra money when you dispute something but it’s pretty pathetic how they operate and how they treat their distributors. Hopefully one day there will be an honest company that does the same type of work.

THOMAS HNo improvements needed. The guy was very understanding when I had to delay my pickup time because of an issue that needed my attention. Very good customer service. I did have an issue uploading images through the site for id verification.
Brandy HThe U-Haul app would not allow me to upload pictures of the van when I picked it up. I had to call the one 800 number. It was not a big deal, but it was kind of frustrating.
