We went to drop the truck off at the location on a Saturday morning, and the place was closed. We had to call an agent once again to get direction on what to do about the lock and what to do with the keys. They had several key lock boxes and 1-6 were unlocked with keys inside! We aske the agent about this and she directed us to spin the combos and lock the keys up. I am not sure how that will mess up the next folks who are picking up a truck. We ended up stacking the blankets in the cargo and putting the lock on the door. Then we were told to put the keys in the mail slot. Not sure if there is very good coordination with UHaul and their part time vender locations. Everything worked out, but far from smooth and accurate business this round.

joe sOrdered 24 blankets, they did not have them. I had to go to a 2nd location to get them. I traveled 8 hours to pick up items I would have appreciated a text letting me to know and I could have stopped along the way to get them. I was running late for my pickup because of this. I would have expected better service. The lady apologized and gave me phone numbers for other locations to call. So I picked up the trailor and had to hunt down the blankets.
