Charged us the wrong price and we are having trouble getting it back from U-Haul. Also gave us wrong drop off location that we had requested
Dennis ZDidn’t have proper connections for the trailer, had to wait longer than needed and trouble even checking me in for my rental. No discount was offered for the lack of services or the time undue time wasted. I wouldn’t rent from this location ever again.
Debra TThey were very nice when I was reserving the Uhaul but when I returned it, they charged me 9 L for fuel. They said that I fill up at the half mark but I took a picture and I was clearly over the half mark. Its too much hassle to complain and try and get my $15 back. I believe this is a scam that they use to make some extra money at this location. Ive rented uhaul before and have never had this issue. We should have looked over everything together. Instead he acted like he was too busy and said that he would just do it from his end and I would receive the information by email. I regret not saying that I would wait and go through it together. I felt like I was being hurried out of the store. Never again will I go there and I would never recommend them to anyone. Unfortunately it’s a small city so options are limited. They know that and scam people. That type of business person is very low on the totem poll in my opinion.
CHANTAL MWe ordered a vehicle and we got told we had to go to another place to pick up and then when we pick up your auto haulers we need anther connection. its been a shit show right from the beginning and then we had to hire a driver to go from Moose Jaw to Edmonton.
