We reserved a 6x12 foot trailer and hitch. The Thatcher location did not have a hitch and told us to go and buy one. The trailer was not the swing door trailer and was too small for a piece of our furniture. Brutal customer service.

michael cThe U-Haul was dirty and the check engine light was on when we received. Thankfully we were only going across the city as I can’t imagine taking it on the highway. It would shake and the parking break kept getting stuck on.
