I asked for a hard copy receipt was not able to print me a hard copy.They were out of paper.The service was friendly helpful accommodating. They were able to get me the truck I needed to do the job. I would rate my experience 7 out of 10 .Yes I would recommend the business to others.

When I went to start the vehicle I had rented, it did not start or even turnover. It was very dirty inside too. So then I had to go back inside and redo the online registration and photos. It was indicated to me by the store owner that there was a half a tank of fuel in the now new rented vehicle. I was now running behind to be at my work place to receive the lumber for my project that was waiting for me, but as I was driving I noticed the fuel indicator was under the half filled marked so I took a picture of it as I was drive after about one mile! The sad part of this whole venture is, I only put on 4 miles on my trip in total but yet I had to put fuel back in it to bring it up to the half full line so my credit card would not be charged some astronomical price. Just very disorganized and I was quite upset with the whole ordeal. Upon bringing the vehicle back I showed the store owner the picture I took of the gas gauge and wanted to receive my final bill before I left the store, to see what I would be charged in the end! He could not give me a copy as I waited 15 plus minutes for it! I never did get one in the end and it took several days to receive the emailed copy. Overall, it was not a very positive experience, truth be told! I will not rent from that location again! Thanks, Dan

Paul NWe reserved a 6x12 foot trailer and hitch. The Thatcher location did not have a hitch and told us to go and buy one. The trailer was not the swing door trailer and was too small for a piece of our furniture. Brutal customer service.
