They told us to park the trailer ourselves. Also told him about the issue and didn’t seem to care at all

We reserved a 6x12 foot trailer and hitch. The Thatcher location did not have a hitch and told us to go and buy one. The trailer was not the swing door trailer and was too small for a piece of our furniture. Brutal customer service.
