Didn’t explain things very well didn’t explain that there was a fee of $20 if returned after hrs doesn’t make since how if you rent it 6hrs they expect you to still have it back at closing how is that possible when you pick up at around 7pm and you got to drive couple hrs to and couple hrs back for the purpose you rented it for we had to return 3 times because they didn’t even explain a deposit fee then after denying insurance they still charged for the insurance

Andrew DThis is a hemp bar. They were more worried about the hemp and kava customers than the 4 people standing in line to pick up their uhaul. The guy running the store was either to high or just to anxious to do anything. The truck was full of dog hair and smelled like cigarettes, the hand truck I paid for was un usable due to flat tires that would not hold air.
