This location was ok although the worker there was not familiar with the app and fumbled though it for 20 minutes. Still better than my earlier experience that day. The location at 5990 Asheville Hiway was not able to fulfill my rental and I ended up leaving after 1/2 hour of the agent trying to get me entered into the app. She did not speak English and was not computer savvy. The customer before me had the same issue. Not good business practices for U-Haul. The location I tried in Greensboro earlier in the year was not great either. You have a real problem with point of service employees. They are clearly not trained and not managed and your customers pay the price for that now and U-Haul will ultimately suffer in time.
