Only 1 employee working so the process was rather slow for them checking me out because they had to stop several times to deal with customers. Overall, employee was pleasant and answered any questions asked.

We were totally unaware that this was a marijuana dispensary that is a U-Haul pick up location as a second business. The staff was so apparently intoxicated and knew nothing that could help us. We had so many questions but aside from helping us hook up the trailer they were unable to assist with. The hours of operation were later in the evening which is why we chose this location. If we had known we would not of picked this location for my FAMILY to be at.
