Your computer systems were down when I arrived to pick up the truck. Your agent was very helpful and took my information so she could process the rental when your systems came back online. Unfortunately, I was charged for SafeMove insurance that I did not want or need. The truck is wonderful! It had low mileage, was very clean and easy to operate. Cruise control would have been nice as most of my trip was on the freeway.

CHRISTOPHER SU-Haul is all about the person renting out the vehicle and when i say I have moved more times than I want, trust. The place that I picked up from yesterday Color World and the lady that rents there is awesome.
