Julie HI can't think of anything that would improve this place. Getting the u haul was a very simple process, and there were no hidden fees to pay afterwards. I would recommend to anyone that needs to move anything from an efficiency apt to a5 bedroom home. Wonderful place and even better customer service.

RICHARD PVery simple and easy experience. The lady that helped me was very friendly and informative. The only negative was the price. I feel it was a little too expensive to rent. I doubt I’ll ever use U-Haul again just due to the cost. (I’m aware the rental location I used can’t control the cost, and this negative is not aimed toward them. The lady that helped me was awesome.)

RICHARD PThe 26 ft truck we used has transmission problems. Did not have time to tell Colours.
William SIt would be nice if the locations in this area had more of the smaller rentals available. I needed to move something that only took up about 10 cubic feet of space. I did NOT need a 15 foot "box truck".... but as there were no smaller things available, I was forced to take the more expensive rental.

RICHARD PMy Experience was overall pretty good. I had trouble with the link when trying to check the truck back in but the next morning, they done it all for me. So that was very helpful!
