The truck I reserved had no keys and was unlocked. I had to leave and come back to get the other truck.

Timothy PRental went relatively well, garage contacted uhual agent and all was handled over phone. Relatively quick. Trailer condition was sketchy. All tire pressures were low and one was at 27lbs… after loading side by side and heading south trailer shimmied and shook whole trip. Not sure if tires out of balance or alignment of trailer off but driving over 850 miles with shaking trailer was a bit taxing. Vibration was evident at all but low speeds. A very stressful drive.
