Dealing with John's Auto for my rental was great and the 15' truck was like new, with only 2,300 miles on it! Dealing with U-Haul for 3 rentals has been problematic. I am repeated told that there is a nationwide moving truck shortage and that 2 locations that are within 1/2 mile of me don't have (or own) the trucks I want to rent, and that I need to go to the closest one in S. Lebanon 7 miles away; an extra 14 miles @ $0.99/mile. (I rented from that further location, Barrett's Marathon, and the place was a filthy mess, they were understaffed with one man who also went out on tows, and the truck was old and scary to drive.) This is inaccurate truck information in your system, as the Morrow locations DO have these and several additional trucks on-site and available, and they sit there unused most days. I call them directly or go there in person and the trucks are there and are available. With inaccuracies in your system, both you and they are losing business.
