This is not feedback on the location where I picked up my equipment. They were very fine. I do not appreciate that your app let me book a one way trip, and then I had to call to find out that a one way trip wasn’t an option. I felt like that was a bait and switch. When I complained the person I talked to tried to gaslight me, and say I agree to that on the app. What I agreed to was someone from U-Haul calling to confirm my reservation, not completely change it. I was forced to change my personal plans because u-haul wasn’t honest with me. I will certainly be looking for other options instead of u-haul in the future.
