Employee Couldn't get the lights to work on a car hauler. He tested my 4 and 5 pin plug said they were bad . So i bought as new 4 pin plug, still didn't work. Frustrated I left, went home put the car on my car lift and there was a wire that was not connected, reconnected it, went back to u haul to get the trailer, problem solved, by me, NOT THE U HAUL EMPLOYEE, which should have seen the disconnected wire, even after i asked him did he see any broken wires

desiree mThe truck front & shield was covered w bugs from a long trip. No big deal but I asked if I could have the truck the night before my scheduled pickup without additional fees and was told yes. Unfortunately I got tagged for the day and lost one of my “planned” six (6) days. U-Haul called warning me to drop off the truck or pay for an additional day. Kinda disappointing. That said, the 10’ truck rides and drives like a dream - highly recommend
