Not charge them $40 up and above the bill for NO REASON. Just taking the money from my account, and not giving a reason, verbal or otherwise is classy. The truck was returned on time. It was swept out. The gas was replaced. Evidently I bought lunch for the mechanics. Never again.

U-Haul switched my reservation 3 times - different dates and times... ended up having to drive an additional 30 minutes/Miles to pick up our U-Haul. Place was not open. Had to find where they put the keys in the truck. The had to do paperwork via the phone. The truck had only an eighth of a gas tank!! Never received an email contract from our phone call. Our insurance went from $42 the night before to $56. The man couldn’t explain why this was. Overall all, just terrible!!!

I did a reservation online, called and was guaranteed my pickup. Still had last minute switch to a further location from me. Total rental service was a joke, horrible customer service. Jon's was good.

It’s out in the middle of nowhere and no cell service if your provider is Verizon. The truck was behind the building and I had to look for it. The owner was less than helpful.

We returned the truck here when it was closed. Neither the rental agent at the pick up location nor the person we called upon arrival to set up the return told us we needed the contact at drop off which meant we had to backtrack and pick it up. Also the mileage allotment was off. We drove the truck directly from the moving location to the new location and were able to return it to a close location but had to get gas which put us over. (and we drove less than 5 miles to get gas). This seemed like a miscalculation to me as this has never happened before. It was not the .72 I had to pay but just the fact that there was so little mileage alotted for the move.
