My reservation was changed by U-Haul or someone within U-Haul 3 different times. I had a scheduled 8 am pick up for the 24/7 and was not able to get my truck until 9 am due to them not putting it on the 24/7 pickup. I had reserved a utility dolly that was not available. When I returned the truck the same day I rented it the guy said he would check it in.. apparently he did not because I’ve gotten multiple emails stating the truck was late and would be reported stolen. I return the truck on 1/31 at 3pm way before my actual return time. Very disappointed in the way this whole move turned out thanks to U-Haul.
