I was told to get a certain U-haul I had to do one way and would have to drop at the next location which would have been FasTrac. I dropped it off and let them store knew that I had been trying to do the return online. I tried for nearly 15 minutes the sit wasn’t working. The worker called the store owner and I spoke directly with him. He told me it’s ok we can check the key in just make sure the gas is back where it’s supposed to be. I let him knew it was on 291 and I was told it needed to be on 280. 5 days later I get a charge for $408 and saying I had reservation from June 5-13 which I did not. Had to go to have them run the cameras to show I returned the U-haul. They still stated it’s up to U-haul to reimburse me when it’s their fault I was charged.

The only thing I didn't like was that I filled the truck up where it supposed to be but I was 15 minutes late and the took most of my deposit!
