I made the reservation and when I called to see if I could get it a day sooner he said they didn’t have what I had reserved and that my spot would probably go to a different location. She worked her magic and they were so amazing. They repaired the broken truck that they had just so I could use it to move. They were amazing and if I ever have to rent another U-Haul, I will definitely be going through that location again.
