The whole experience sucked. I’ve rented vehicles before I’ve rented from U-Haul before with less hassle. The online stuff was a big hassle. Nobody could help me the guys behind the counter and didn’t have good English. Nobody understood me. I couldn’t understand them overall the experience just sucked and now I’m looking that I have three charges and I gotta figure out why I was so charged so much money.

I had a reservation the day prior at 6pm. We went to pick the truck up and the keys were not left at the lock boxes. We had to cancel the reservation and come the next day first thing in the morning.
