Mobile app didn't work. The cost quoted on line different than actual costs. This borders on false advertising. If I had more time, I'd argue the costs charged. Sadly, lack of time & energy enables companies to over charge consumer. In the end, was able to move things from my home to storage. I am satisfied - not delighted

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThey didn't offer electric hookup products in case the trailer didn't match the vehicle. An extension connection was necessary and not available at that location.
Keith LCheck in and check out process was terrible. Slow and confusing and when I returned their system was down so I had to either check myself back in or pay a $25 fine per “company policy.” I wound not rent from here again.
Chris TTruck was not ready at the pickup time. Appliance dolly was not available. This should be refunded!
