The representative wanted me to hook the trailer on to the hitch. Also told me that the connection for lights from the trailer to my (new 2020) truck would not fit. I attached myself to demonstrate that the connections fit. Seemed bothered and inconvenienced that I was there to pick up the trailer.Jennifer M.
Hitch mount for this trailer was rusted and got stuck onto my hitch. Rented the trailer for 24 hours from 9 AM, but returned it at midnight. When returning the trailer, attendant did not have tools to remove hitch mount so I had to go get tools to remove their trailer. Also was charged for 2 days even though I had a rental at another Uhaul location at the same time of the return. Would not recommend this location to anyone.Luisandres S.

Took 45 minutes to switch trucks. First one I got was too small so we went with a bigger one. Entire thing should have been contactless but guy kept trying to get me to give him my phone. Second time renting here and will not go again. Truck was in terrible shape. Honestly didn't think I was going to make it up a hill in my neighborhood.Jennifer D.

Unrelated to this location, the entire UHAUL experience was frustrating as it is an undependable service. There were last minute changes to our pick-up location, which caused inconvenience. Further, unexplainable by UHAUL reps, that change also caused our drop off location to change. We were told system showed drop off location other than what online confirmation showed - but could not confirm that in writing. Hold times to speak with representatives were extensive. Several of the reps I spoke with seemed in a hurry and did not care to take time to figure out issues. The process was extremely stressful during a move which is stressful in itself - tag line during on hold advertisement talked about how UHAUL takes stress out of move - false advertising with that sentiment. Trying to have all ducks in a row ahead of time for a move, will not include UHAUL next time I schedule one.James L.
I reserved a ONE WAY rental, yet im told as im PICKING UP THAT THEY DO NOT DO ONE WAY RENTALS. NOT ONLY DID I HAVE TO PAY MORE IN MILEAGE TO BRING THE DAMN TRUCK BACK BUT I HAD TO PAY MORE IN GAS AND ONLY GOT A DAMN $5 REFUND. UNBELIEVABLE. Reserved this 2.5 weeks in advance. Took over 3 hours to find a trailer in my area due to the reservation not being ready, had to get a different size, had to call corporate to get new location and again to fix issues at new location. All this and then some. Worst and most stressful experience EVER!!!Stephanie J.

The uhaul dealer at pickup didn't have any supplies to help me like a tow hitch, ball or light adapter. I asked that question on the phone and I was told by 800 UHaul that I could purchase when I got there. This uhaul dealer sent me to Walmart in the mist of COVID-19. He was going to let me drive off the lot with no lights since I didn't have the converter kit. I think every UHAUL dealer that rents trailers should have gear to purchase if we don't have our own. be more involved with the customer It seemed that I was bothering them. It was clear that the English language wasn't understood. The woman that took my key could barely communicate to me what the procedure was to turn truck in she had to find some one that could communicate this to me I didn't feel real secure in this transaction. Still haven't received return receipt as of 11/28/2019 I hate having to be negative but I also feel you need to know .HOPEFULLY some that genuinely care will respond to this issue.Brent M.
