Make sure the office person already has access to my information when I’m checking in so I don’t have to do it twice and not accuse me of not returning equipment when I gave it back to the office person directly

Dropped off the vehicle at 1 pm on the same day as pick up. Person in the office said that they would take care of closing the account. I received an email stating the vehicle was overdue. Very unprofessional. I wish the online platform gave us the option to return to Hostetters.
TAIT HWhile I enjoyed the great experience with the dealer the truck i got was not. I was scared driving it. The brakes were not working right, it shifted odd and steering was off. Please see truck gets a checkup before going out again
