This experience is actually enough to make me never choose Uhaul again. I reserved just a trailer on line and then got a call telling me it wasn't available anymore. I feel like I got conned into paying more money for a truck that wasn't needed. Then to top it off I had to check in and check out on my phone or pay even more money. I ended up having to call because the website would not work. Really bad experience. Pick up and drop locations were acceptable.

Spiro T.We got a 10 foot truck and wasnt aware it didnt not have a pulley on the back. It was very difficult to load things and took longer then anticipated because of it therefore we paid more then originally quoted. It was a disappointment.
