Very poor communication with the people inside the gas station when confirming my reservation. Then I was expected to hook everything up myself, which usually it’s terrible but those 12’ trailers are heavy to lift by yourself onto the hitch.

Thawng LWe returned the U-Haul to a country store with one attendant and he expected us ( and we did against my better judgment) to unload all the used and 4 bundles of non used blankets into the store walked across a gas ration parking lot … several loads later we got it all . I have NEVER HAD TO SO THIS while renting a U-Haul and I am appalled at this situation!! I will NOT USE U-HAUL AGAIN!! Absolute disgrace and ridiculous!! M. Olivia Stanford … un happy
