TEUNIS VAsked if fees would be adjusted if mileage was less than anticipated, along with use. He nodded yes, while dismissing my question. Returned 2.5 hours early. $10 adjustment. Realizing a little too late that U-Haul is a scam.
KATHRYN BThe employee was extremely rude and not helpful at all. It took me 40 min to return the truck because all he kept telling me was to scan the bar code, that was really a qr code. The process on the app was not easy to use, especially without being able to get my questions answered. Won't ever use this location again.
