I returned all rented equipment and this store accused me of not and charged an exorbitant amount despite having photo evidence proving I returned the rented items. When I contacted the store they said that they checked the truck and nothing was in there but didn’t even ask my name or which truck I had. When I informed them that I had photo evidence that I returned the equipment, they assured me that their manager would correct the error but I still have the full charge on my account. I followed all of their instructions. This is an outrage

I needed to add an additional driver. The employee required a 3rd driver in order to put in my additional driver. That did not make sense. Also, I expected some type of overall explanation or to be asked if I had any questions, but, we just walked to the parking lot and he pointed out the truck and that was it.
