Would have been nice for a step to get into the truck
NANCY TU-Haul should consider developing a feature where customers can check in on the trucks and trailers they’ve rented in the past to see where they’ve travelled and review any neat pictures or comments posted “by the equipment” on their travels across America.
Raul MThe truck died on me at the 1st. red light I came too and rhe oil light stayed on and check engine light stayed on the entied time. I feel like I was over charged also and still haven't got my 100.00 deposit back on card. And the lady working at the didn't even go outside with me before I left with the uhaul to inspect on. Felt like I was pressured into taking out there insurance which costed me extra money. I'm going to contact BBB and the attorney General office for a full refund.
Michelle OVery quick and painless pick up procedure. I would have liked for the assistant to confirm pre-existing damage and that I was familiar with the vehicle prior to allowing me to drive off.
