I will never rent a u-box again. Staff has absolutely no idea what is going on. They do not know where things are! They do not know when they will be there. If one person out, nobody can answer anything or even make delivery schedule in Louisville market. You cant make this stuff up! I am a business owner and operations manager by education and training. They have no business what so ever being employed in Therese positions. They have matured processes for them not doing their jobs???? Surprised nobody there sees this! This is not the way the two founders from Army would want their operation to run logistically for sure! MBA-ops-prior service
Brian BThey should let Tammy and her co-worker manage u-box system. Those folks dont know where any thing is located, when it will get there or any other operation must knows of their system. Never seen an operation like it! Ignoranc is bliss for u-boxes staff!
