Too much trouble renting without a person on location. Too many steps to complete the rental process and the app did not work to save my photos. I was almost late to an event trying to go through the numerous steps. Will go somewhere else next time

I only found the non-transparent way of charging to be bad. I rented a truck box for $39, had to pay $15 for insurance, and drove about 70 miles, paying $180... it was one per mile, so I didn't understand why the charge was so high. Apart from that, everything was fine.
