Network in the area makes it a little difficult to process. The automated system needs would recommend a Wi-Fi unit to ensure smoother process. I’m on Verizon with a new iPhone 16.

Allen BMake sure there are no mechanical problems with truck. Had to wait for service truck and it ended up being a battery issue. It set us back time wise that we really did not have
CARRIE SThe check in process was painful and took over 30 minutes. The virtual employees did not seem very well informed on how to obtain the keys.
Keri SThe app had a hard time uploading pictures. Also, we were able to get our key easily, but there was a lock on the back door which didn't allow it to open. We had to spend additional time trying to identify another 4 letter word for the lock. The whole process took entirely too long. Uhaul was clean and facility was clean. No issues after we finally got the rental.
