The check in process was very cumbersome. The license upload and scanning failed several times. Returning was also cumbersome with all the pictures you have to take.

MICAH DToo much trouble renting without a person on location. Too many steps to complete the rental process and the app did not work to save my photos. I was almost late to an event trying to go through the numerous steps. Will go somewhere else next time
Clifton GI only found the non-transparent way of charging to be bad. I rented a truck box for $39, had to pay $15 for insurance, and drove about 70 miles, paying $180... it was one per mile, so I didn't understand why the charge was so high. Apart from that, everything was fine.
