Morris TThe drop-off location had some kind of avatar personal assistant, no human. We had to follow prompts and submit, then we had to drop the keys. This was on a Friday around 1 pm. By Friday night our account said "Overdue." My husband had to spend about a total of an hour on the phone with Uhaul re-uploading the same pics we had to upload when we dropped off. Kept being told it would show "Completed" in our account. Saturday, overdue. Sunday, overdue, Monday until around 2 pm, it showed "Overdue." It's enough to make us never want to use Uhaul again. Drop off facilities should have a human there to check the truck back in. As our account page continuously reminded us, the truck is worth $55,000. Why would Uhaul allow an avatar to check the truck back in? It was a very frustrating end to the worst move we've ever had to make.
