Truck was not clean with trash in back and under front seats. Pick up office is dirty and reeks if cigarette smoke.

Brian MThey changed my drop off location i had in my reservation to "call when arrive" this resulted in an extra 30 minute drive to drop off the equipment. A little cleanup wouldn't hurt this location either.
