First of all. My local rental spot was not open on Saturday the only day I needed it and then I had to pick up before 4:00pm EST. on May 30th. I was charged for 2 days even though I returned by 6:15 pm EST. on Saturday the 31st of May. I was told when I placed hold and reservation it was to be like $83.21 but my billing was $144.43. I was also told that I had to have the additional insurance even though my auto insurance would have covered this $22.00 charge under my own auto policy with USAA. My last rental of such equipment from this location was only $69.00 plus dollars plus tax. On top of that the rear right tail light did not work.

Eric FThe truck apparently had a roof leak that looked like it was repaired before but not repaired well. The dash lights did not work which made driving at night dangerous not knowing the speed and other information.
