The truck was dirty. I specifically picked a location that was open at the hour I selected for pick up so that I could do at counter pick up. U-haul changed my pick up location to this one and they did not open until 9am. This forced me to do mobile pick up which I specifically chose not to do originally because the process sucks.
Skylar PI was supposed to receive a $50 credit because they changed the pickup location on me last minute and I didn’t receive anything. Also they put on the contract that the gas tank was 3/8 full which it wasn’t. And they charged me for the extra gas that I didn’t use. I called and emailed them with no response. I have yet to get a call back or an email to tell me what’s going on with my refund
