I couldn't be more disappointed in UHaul. I made a reservation weeks in advance and less than 24 hours of my pick you changed my pick up location 5 times and the time twice. I get to 1 location at 6 in the morning and the truck wasn't there so I had to go to another location. Then when I going to drop off the truck at the location in the app, the guy at the shop said they couldn't take the truck and again I had to go to a different location. On top of all of that, ypu guys want to charge me for fuel? I took a picture of fuel gage when I picked it up and when I dropped it off and it is the exact same. This is unacceptable and I will be calling in to get a refund.

OLEDEAN OClosed but used the online return process
WILLIAM FWas closed on a Saturday, I had to call to get instructions for the app which then told me to go to the counter but it was closed. App wanted pictures but truck was up against block wall on two sides and a truck on the other. Went to the Jefferson location and they helped us. Very frustrating!
