My rental experience was great. From making the reservation, pick up, and turn in was extremely easy. The people who I interacted with were courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. The equipment was clean and available per my reservation. My only issue was where I had to turn-in my rental truck. There is a U-Haul center 5.5 miles from my house, but I was required to turn it in at a location that was 18 miles away. Other than that, my experience was awesome. This was not my first time renting from U-Haul, and I will definitely utilize them in the future. I want to say thank you to everyone, whether in-person or on the phone. Everyone represented the U-Haul brand extremely well. M.

Small area for larger trucks

Christina MI couldn't be more disappointed in UHaul. I made a reservation weeks in advance and less than 24 hours of my pick you changed my pick up location 5 times and the time twice. I get to 1 location at 6 in the morning and the truck wasn't there so I had to go to another location. Then when I going to drop off the truck at the location in the app, the guy at the shop said they couldn't take the truck and again I had to go to a different location. On top of all of that, ypu guys want to charge me for fuel? I took a picture of fuel gage when I picked it up and when I dropped it off and it is the exact same. This is unacceptable and I will be calling in to get a refund.
