Sunday return - drop off location was closed. Online connectivity was sketchy at that location. UHAUL website was buggy and difficult to navigate. It kept wanting me to download the UHAUL app, as if I could download it even if I wanted their app on my phone...Took twice as long to take pictures and upload to check the truck back in as it would have had I waited another day to have personnel do it. Had I not been able to accomplish the online checkin, would have cost me another $20 in "convenience fees". Ubiquitous 5G networks are not the norm everywhere, and the UHAUL website needs attention to make it easier to recover from loss of connectivity without starting over.
